This twice monthly group helps you explore the motivation, thoughts, and beliefs that underlie your behaviors. Once you understand that, you can make changes to improve the way you think and feel and then that makes behavior change do-able. Research indicates that we are most likely to improve health and lose weight when we have the knowledge, support, and accountability.
This program provides each of those.

Information overload about eating, weight and food is a real thing. We cut through the myths, fads, and diets and discuss the REAL foundations of healthy weight, eating, and self-care like sleep, exercise and activity, self-talk, hobbies and fun, fueling your body, connection, habits, and more. And, we help you set REAListic goals.
We host TWO live coaching and support video calls each month. You get our combined 25+ years of experience working with clients just like you to help you identify barriers, answer questions specific to your situation, make real changes, and get support from other people just like you.
During each call, after we've worked through a realistic, logical next step for you, you can commit to what feels right. We'll follow up with you at the next meeting to see how it went and brainstorm any barriers you encountered along the way. And no judgment! This is all a learning process.
