We keep the Core Content simple by offering you a personalized assessment tool to determine the best place to start for you. Then, we teach you information and help you apply it in small doses. Once you gain momentum, you move on to other topics at your own pace.
Weight loss is a complex issue. You know diets don't work, but you're not sure what to do next. You want to love your body AND you want change. You can do both, by harnessing your motivation, shifting your mindset, and changing your mode. Find a weight that works for you AND keep it there.
Stress levels have never been higher. If left unchecked, stress can lead to anxiety and depression as well as cause disease, weight gain, chronic pain and more. You can regain control and re-engage in life using our simple tools to soothe your nervous system.
Sleep is the single most important behavior you can master to improve your health. Yes, you read that right. You can exercise and eat kale and salmon, but without sleep, your health can't be optimal. Sleep is a behavior you can change. We've got you covered so you can wake up refreshed.
Separated from weight intentionally, we recognize that the number on the scale doesn't always reflect your relationship with food. Emotional eating, binge eating, and nutritional gaps can influence your mental and physical health. We address these eating behaviors to help you learn a new relationship with food. It is not about being perfect. It is about feeling better.
People need people. But forming and maintaining close relationships can be challenging or disappointing. Working on your whole health means working on the quality of your connections, too. We have tangible tools you can use to help create and maintain meaningful connections.
Movement is essential to improved health. But moving your body doesn't have to - in fact shouldn't - hurt, feel miserable, or be done only to 'burn calories.' Learn how to let go of old beliefs about movement that stand in your way of feeling better.
